用途：橡胶切片备料
特点：1、置于过水机后，切厚料以便叠放整齐，节省人工。
2、采用冷刀切，防止色差。
使用说明：
1. 操作时胶片一定整放正进入，如发现料片有偏向一边，调整两端弹簧受力一致。
2. 机台在旋转时，手一家不要伸进机台里面。
3. 如发现胶片切不断时，调整刀口间隙及修整刀口平整度。
注意：调整时一定要下掉链条用手转动检查刀口间隙。

1. The rubber slice must be put into consistent ,if found have one side blank , adjust the spring force at both ends of the same .
2. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.
3. If found the rubber slice could’t be cutting ,adjust the space of knife-edge and trim the knife-edge flatness .
