标准配备冰水机：10匹。

另可选：15匹，20匹，30匹，40匹，80匹等。

用途：本机适用于橡胶出片冷却定型。

特点：本机采用冷冻水冷却后，再经过添加防粘ANTITACK161帮助捏合出片之胚料，防止未硫化胚料加沾叠而避免死胶的产生。

使用说明：
1.进料胶片厚薄要一致且平整进入胶辊，
太薄的胶片进胶辊必需折成双层，喷水量要够多，
弹簧（进料胶辊）不要调整过紧，工人的操作速度快，以免卷料。
2.以上操作失误，如有卷料，清理时，刀片一定不要损伤胶辊。
3.号码三组胶辊进料时，薄料必需折成双层稍微一点拉力。
不致于卷料，仍有存在阻料。查弹簧是否调整不当，
查胶辊是否卡住，上面胶辊和下面胶辊是否紧贴，轴承是否没换油卡死，链条是否过松等。
4.压水不干，炼胶机上要装齐边刀，减少碎料，平整一致，调整胶辊弹簧，注意弹簧不要调死，以免损坏电机。

Purpose：This machine is used to making the rubber setted out cooling .

Specialty：The rubber going through this machine for cooling ,ane then add the anti-adhesive ANTITACK161for heiping knead the rubber ,avoid the material not yet vnvulcanized overlap to avert produce the bad rubber .

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.The thickness fed rubber slices must be consistent and the rubber slices should enter in a lever . Too thin rubber slices should enter in a way of double-decker .Water them with enough volume;do not adjust the spring too tight.The operating speed must be fast enough to avoid material rolling.

2.If above operational errors occur and material rolled,don’t let the blade operate the rubber roller when cleaning up.

3.When the triple-rubber-roller is feeding material, thin one must be folded into double-decker. If there still exist non-smoothly feeding,checkwhether the spring is adjusted properly;or check whether the rubber roller is blocked;check whether the upper rubber roller is stuck with the lower one ; or  check whether the bearing roller is blockede for without oil replacing ;or check whether the chain is too loose,etc.

4.Pressurized water quit ,the knives should be installed in a level to the rubber making machine . Reduce rubber oddments and make rubber in a level and in the same thickness. Do adjust the spring, but not too tight to avoid damaging the MORTOR.
