用途：本机用于制鞋大底、各种围条、压修补前的胶片挤出，与SX-912-1，SX-9136拼条机配套使用。
Purpose：The machine is applied to making large soles,belts,extruding rubber sheets before rolling and can coordinate with the belt-sticking machines SX-913-1 and SX-9136.

注意事项：
①保持回收料的清洁卫生，避免螺杆筒表面受伤
②定时加黄油机油
③螺杆空转不超十分钟
本机特点：
①为提高品质稳定性，增加冰水桶，适应不同胶料（如牛根色，透明料等）操作流程，也同时减少了现场尘灰量，提高工作环境卫生。
②螺杆材质采用双合金氨化处理，并配用进口油环的减速机和进口接触器。
③齿轮、锅套用优质的材质制成，按钮和变频均用品牌产品。
NOTE:
1.Keep clean to the recovered material , to avoid damaging the surface of the screw tube .
2.Add grease and machine oil regularly.
3.The screwstem should not be spinned for more than ten minutes.
SPECITALITY:
1.In order to improve the stability of quality of products,an iced water tank is added ,which can be suitable to many kinds of rubber material(eg.Bovine muscle bottom and transparent material etc.)and process.Meanwhile, it reduce the dust on site and improve the environment quality in workshop.
2.The screwstem is made of double alloy nitriding processing material ,attached speed reducer with imported oil rings,and imported contactors.
3.Gears and cylinder liner are made of premium grade material . Buttons and frequency converters are all brand products.
